BACK ORDERS Although we try our best to have all items in stock at all times, occassionally the manufacturer cannot supply us with a particular product as soon as we would like. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as we receive a shipment from the manufacturer. Your credit card is charged at the time of your order for all items, including those that may be back-ordered. Should you decide that you do not wish to await a back-ordered item, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may cancel the back-order and issue a credit to your card. All back-ordered items are shipped at our expense. In some cases, substitutions of similar items may be made.
